• Robert Lundy: President & CEO

• Jim Donnelly: Vice President, Americas Sales

Jim has over 20 years of executive management experience at both large public companies and small private companies. For the past 4 years, he has been Glimmerglass’s Vice President of Sales focusing on sales to Intelligence Agencies, Defense System Integrators and Telecommunications Carriers in North America and the UK. After beginning his sales career at IBM, Jim spent 17 years at AT&T in operations, product management and sales management, including Area Vice President Sales. He was also Senior Vice President of Sales and Service at Centigram, a unified messaging company. Jim has a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

• Bernd Schilp: Vice President, European Sales

Bernd is a veteran sales executive with 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 and early stage companies. Bernd has built a reputation for building customer and partner relationships for world class companies in the EMEA region. Prior to his appointment at Glimmerglass, Mr. Schilp served as Vice President of Sales for EMEA at UTStarcom Inc., where he built the company’s sales organization from inception to tens-of-millions of US dollars in revenues. He has also held senior sales roles with OpVista, Zhone Technologies, Lucent/Ascend Communications, Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Schilp has a Masters Degree in Engineering and an MBA from University Heilbronn, Germany.

• Jeff Zindel: Managing Director, Middle East & Africa – Vice President, Global Business Development

Jeff is an accomplished executive with over 18 years of experience building and growing technology companies and providing skillful global marketing leadership. He is responsible for strategic marketing, product management, and corporate marketing and communications. Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Jeff was the General Manager of Enterprise and Vice President of Global Business Development at Actelis Networks. Previously as Senior Director at 3Com Corporation, he managed product marketing for all product categories, global strategic marketing, and marketing operations. Earlier, Jeff served as Senior Vice President at Website Pros (NASDAQ: WWWW), Vice President at Verio (acquired by NTT Communications), and Senior Strategy Consultant for Gemini Consulting. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

• Alice Kung: Senior Director, Asia Business Development

Alice Kung Alice has directed market entry strategies for Sylantro Systems, Latitude Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems), Visioneer, RAMP Networks, Truevision, and iXOS Software AG. Her other experiences include serving as marketing director for Apple Computer in Asia, serving as the Asia-Pacific managing director at Radius, where she opened and managed a regional office in Hong Kong, and holding a variety of key sales and marketing positions at ROLM/IBM. Alice has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University. Alice is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese.

• Chusak Siripocanont: Vice President, Engineering and Operations

A seasoned operations executive, Chusak has 27 years of experience managing operations for leading Silicon Valley complex-systems companies. Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Chusak was Senior Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality at Omnicell. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations at Opthos. Earlier he held management positions at ADC Telecom, Centigram, E-mu Systems, Octel and Rolm/IBM. Chusak earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Khon Kaen University in Thailand, and an MS and MBA from San Jose State University.
