	Jim has over 20 years of executive management experience at both large public companies and small private companies. For the past 4 years, he has been Glimmerglass’s Vice President of Sales focusing on sales to Intelligence Agencies, Defense System Integrators and Telecommunications Carriers in North America and the UK. After beginning his sales career at IBM, Jim spent 17 years at AT&T in operations, product management and sales management, including Area Vice President Sales. He was also Senior Vice President of Sales and Service at Centigram, a unified messaging company. Jim has a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
