	Michael Frendo – Board Member

	Mr. Frendo serves as senior vice president of architecture for Infinera, where he leads the architecture team responsible for all aspects of systems and optical architecture within the company. Prior to this role, Mr. Frendo held a series of senior general management architectural and engineering roles at leading companies including Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, McDATA Corporation (now Brocade), and Avaya. He played leading roles in product strategy, direction, and engineering at these companies. While at Cisco, he played a significant role in the company’s decision and execution of its strategic focus on Internet Protocol technologies, including IP voice and IP video.

	Mr. Weiss is a partner and CFO at L Capital Partners and responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the fund’s operations. Mr. Weiss provides support for individual deals and works closely with the portfolio companies’ management. Prior to joining L Capital Partners, Mr. Weiss was the CFO of Shalom Equity Fund, and prior to that served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Mantero USA. He was also a senior auditor in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s international department.

	Mr. Weiss serves as a member of the Boards and Audit Committees of Aquarius Technologies Inc., Simparel Inc., WiSpry Inc. and Proxy Aviation Systems Inc. Mr. Weiss also serves on the Boards of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affaire (JINSA) in Washington, DC and of the American Friends of Beit Issie Shapiro, an organization that provides services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. He is a former vice president of Quality Assurance at McDATA Corporation and vice president of Engineering at CNT Corporation, and has also held executive and management positions at INRANGE Technologies and General Signal Networks. David possesses extensive experience in Mil-Q-9858 and ISO-9001 Quality Systems, as well as the European Union Directives.
