Neil joined Endace in April 2010 as first the Account Manager and then the Director for the APAC region before becoming Vice President, APAC Sales in April 2011. Originally from the UK, Neil brings more than 15 years sales and management experience across the networking and security market. Prior to joining Endace Neil spent a number of years with the Dimension Data group both in the UK and Asia in a variety of senior positions. In the UK Neil was responsible for growing Dimension Data’s new business across the Northern region and driving their voice and data convergence business into the top tier accounts.

Prior to Dimension Data Neil worked at Anite Networks, which became Cable & Wireless. At Cable & Wireless Neil led the sales of their data and hosting portfolio which soon became one of the fastest growing service lines.

At Endace Neil is responsible for leading the growth and profitability of the Asia Pacific region including Japan.
