Kevin joined Endace in 2010 as VP Business Development with a global mandate. Kevin spent his early career in the defence industry as a weapons systems engineer with GEC Marconi in the UK. Subsequently he moved into the telecommunications industry with business development and marketing roles with BT, SITA and then Equant. At Equant he was responsible for the global product management of the network services business. He was part of the original management team that set up Radianz in 2000 which went on to become the de facto means of interconnecting clients for electronic trading and was ultimately acquired by BT. During his ten years at Radianz he held a series of senior management roles including Head of US Sales.

Kevin holds a first class honours degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Birmingham University in the UK
