Paul D. Baker has served as one of our directors since May 2002. Mr. Baker also serves as Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications of Comverse, a position he has held since joining Comverse in April 1991. Mr. Baker is also a member of the board of directors of Ulticom, Inc., a Comverse majority-owned, publicly traded company and a provider of network signaling and information delivery solutions.
