Darby Siempelkamp joined Narus in January 2009. As the vice president of Human Resources, Darby is responsible for staffing, benefits, employee relations and organization development. She is also the executive in charge of ensuring that Narus maintains its unique corporate culture and values. Darby brings more than 20 years of executive experience to Narus having served in vice president roles for companies such as Voysys and Consilium. Prior to joining Narus, Darby served as vice president, Human Resources at TIBCO where she helped build its worldwide staff and grow its business prior to their successful IPO.

Darby received her BA from Miami University in Ohio and her MA from the university of London.
