Frank is President and Chief Executive Officer of Communications Network Architects, Inc., a Washington, D.C. based international industry analysis firm he founded in 1973. The firm specializes in the strategic analysis, planning, and design of information and communications infrastructures for both commercial and government organizations. Prior to founding Communications Network Architects, Inc., Mr. Dzubeck was Marketing Director and Manager of the Special Services organization for DATRAN (Data Transmission Company), an FCC-licensed specialized common carrier, where he managed consultant teams for non-regulated communications network facilities. Mr. Dzubeck received his education at Columbia University (MSEE) and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (BSEE). He is a past columnist at Network World and is oft quoted in the industry and public press. Mr. Dzubeck has also provided IT industry commentary as a guest on BBC, PBS, CNBC, CNN and ABC.
